Hye people.. How was your weekend. Mine was an eventful one.
Went to my ex sec schoolmates wedding on Sunday.the wedding.Feroz and Syahidah's wedding.Held in Ulu PAndan CC.big airconditioned hall. perfect for a hot Sunday.it was a lovely wedding.since both are mixed(indian) blood, it was simply a match made in heaven.one is introvert.the other one is outgoing.indeed opposites attract. I met up with Yuhua Sec schoolmates and I am happy to see the changes and progress of my friends. And an early congrat to Sarinah, who will be getting married in January. And guys (except for Asri), come on guys.race to the altar.
so yesterday, everyone was in mood for love.
The person I idolise
Jacqueline F.Kennedy Onassis. I bet most of you do not know her. She was well known as the First Lady to the 35th President John F.Kennedy. She was sophicasted, classy and elegant in her own way.
Famous for setting the trend in the 60s, she was the one who introduced us to pillbox hats, big buttons dresses and outfits, pretty gowns and dresses, Jackie O glasses and many more. Women went green with envy. men out there eyed her.
Blessed with good looks and figure, but don't expect her to be a bimbo. She was a straight A student who excel in her studies. She did a stint as a reporter before marrying JFK and an editor in her later years. She was linguistic in France and Spanish, which was an asset to President JFK for their political visits. In addition to that, she was good in decorating her house and add a touch of class to the White House in 1960s.
However, I admired her most for her courage and her will to stay strong. She suffered a miscarriage, a stillborn birth and another baby who passed away shortly upon birth. She managed to stay strong and never show her vulnerability. The slain JFK was assasinated in 1963, Dallas. He was assasinated right before her eyes, next to her. He was shot several times and passed away upon reaching the hospital. leaving her with their 2 children, Caroline and JFK.Jr. It was indeed a gruesome moment for a woman to witness her own husband death. She never recover from that incident. However, she managed to stay stoic and never shed tears infront of family members and public, except for her 2 children. She blocked all unhappy moments and never seek solace or pour out her feelings to anyone. I guess very few people out there will be able to stay strong like her. I am sure. She died in 1993 from lymphoma, a kind of cancer. Yet she braved everything without tears. She passed on with dignity. She is a person who will never let people feel sorry for her. Her courage inspire many out there, including me.

 Well, I have watched Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire twice!! Well, as usual J.K Rowling never fails the readers and the viewers. Good plot, good casting & good acting. However, I felt that Daniel (not u dear daniel) Radcliff, is given more scenes compared to Rupert Grint and Emma Watson. This movie is basically darker than The Prisoner of Azkaban, where it is more lively. Whatever it is, Harry Potter will still be the best. ('',)

I'm thinking of cutting my hair. maybe a bob like sienna miller.. (very nineties but it sure look nice) maybe just trimming. I dun know. i grew up having short hair all this while. cos I was in school for 13 years and I hate tying up my hair and mantaining them. however in JI, I manage to keep them
at the shoulder length. (The Rachel-layered-messy hairstyle)

Hye guys.how are you? I hope you are fine and enjoy your Hari Raya.well, things have been going quite bad for me.
My radio.my radio at work is spoilt..!!i'm suffering from post radio breakdown blues. no music to brighten up my days.no more Don and Drew show to perk me up in the morning.no jamie yeo.no carrie chong.to accompany my long hours at work.usually i am the one blasting my radio loudly, much to my colleagues dismay.they would say, "cha bo, you think this is a disco ah?" "cha bo u tink my ears are deaf ah." ur wishes are granted guys.my radio is spoilt.
work.work is good recently.been sailing through smoothly. I begin to love working in a publishing company. great colleagues.great bosses.great working environment(oh stop the bootlicking dayah) but recently, a grp of interns lost my scan card!! Arrrggghhh.. for no reason now, I have to fork out $60. i rather donate that amount of money to the mosque. haiz.. bye bye $60..
home. family members are great.. but my sickening baby brother spoilt it. again!! for the 2nd time!!! he's 12 and yet he could not handle my CD player with care and love.now no WATCHING CDs and DVDs for the time being.

Heard Just Like Heaven is sweet and romantic.. aww.. must go also lah.

is it about me now..? =s hehehe.. I have nothing to update about myself except that I'm eating alot these few days. And life is abit ok now. my depression seems to be under control. so I got to make sure I have enough sleep and eat well. must eat my medication regularly. I must fight the demon in me. I never know depression is so bad.. u r feeling ok and bubbly and all of a sudden, your heartbeat start to race and start to feel as though you are flying. breaking down hysterically all of a sudden and all the bad things that happen to you start to play before your very eyes. That's what I am going through. For nearly a year now... ever since J bash me up. the same hysteria attacks. Anyway, I just will continue to combat against depression. And make sure I will not succumb to depression.
anyway, love you guys who has been supporting me in my quest against depression.

Hye guys.. how are you.? or i should ask you how was your super long holidays? Mine was fine and eventful.
Well, on the eve of Hari Raya, I quarelled with him. Cos of his unfounded accusations. Den we made up. Den breakfast with his whole family. On Hari Raya, I went out with my whole family but has to update him every half an hour. =s Den suddenly he developed a fever, so nvr talk ovr the phone for long. The next day, instead of going out with his whole family, we ended up staying at his home as his parents were down with diarrhoea. On saturday, went out with his family. wore matching outfits. however, I felt the love between us were not as intense now. felt weird. maybe it was my first raya with him. And yesterday, instead of going out, we had a heated argument. over his obsession with chat. weird huh.. he dun even allow me to chat and now he is the one doing it.

Haiz, to tell you the truth, I am having a rough patch with him. Whenever I am on the phone with him, I just felt restless and not looking forward to talk to him. with all those "intruders" in his house lately and will continue to stay. juz felt he is having a fling behind my back. but I rather not think of it. If he's mine, he will be mine. if not how hard I try, he will still not be mine.
Where is my real prince charming..?? is it him??

Well, the past few days had been fine. or i should say I had fun. Hubby got his pay on Thursday.. ANd he bought me a new hp!! Yeaaaahhh.. After 4 months of using my mum's panasonic hp, finally got a Nokia camera hp. Haiz of course my lost 6260 hp is still the best. Love you hubby.
On Friday, break fast with Hubby at West Coast Food Centre. Ate fried chicken rice and indian mutton chop. We had fun. Hubby bought me a pair of shoes for Hari Raya. Thanx Bie.
Well, on Saturday, hubby got cranky all of a sudden. so I just walk off and cool myself down at Causeway Point. Once he was ok, he started calling me for non-stop. Den we went to Geylang to shop for his jeans and favourite potato chips. bought his 2 jeans for $50. Cheap rite! Den we went to Sembawang Sun Plaza to buy his Tops. Went to Jazz collections, bought his 2 collar shirt for $30. So cheap!! It's on offer. Bought my pink babydoll top too. Den we break fast at Sembawang Satay Club. ate fried chicken rice and fried seafood mee. Bought a carton of bottles of soft drinks for Hari Raya. Yesterday, went to Geylang again to change one of hubby's jeans. Bought sunglasses. romantic chats in the bus ensued on our way to Yishun. Then we break fast at Woodlands Triple 8 Plaza KFC. it's so romantic. With hubby around, I began to snap out of my depression.
Hope you had a nice weekend too.
Anyway, I will like to take this opportunity to wish all the Hindus and Muslims Happy Deepavali and Hapi Hari Raya.. Hope you enjoy yourself this week. So many holidays.

Well, my life has been quite ok recently, alhamdullilah. only this morning I started to get depressed, I felt like crying. as the past nightmares resurfaced, started to get the tremors. tends to shut everyone in my life even hubby. feeling hubby is like J.(although they are poles apart) can't even concentrate now. so chanting as many prayers as I can to fight it. maybe cos I stop the medication.. after fasting month, I will be on my medication back.. well, hubby told me to talk to him over the phone as often today to forget about the past..
well, looking at the brighter side now..
Yesterday went to Geylang with my whole family.. so happy. although I'm quite sad can't join hubby with his family for the Geylang trip, at least manage to squeeze some time to see him in Geylang. then I met my cousin and her family.. oo the baby makes my day, with her ever-smiling face..
ok Hari Raya is 10 more days down the road.
i must manage my schedule to:
*last minute shopping with hubby
*buy my new bedsheets
*IKEA cute box (for my devillish brother school bags.. hehe sori mimi
*take down the curtains and wipe windows.
ok, i am hoping I am able to enjoy Hari Raya.

well, i went to watch Korean movie,"April Snow", starring Bae Yong Jun at Cathay Causeway Point on last Wednesday. luckily my boyfriend is into Korean mvies too. i was highly anticipating the movie similar to "Winter Sonata", tear-jerking love story with fabulous soundtrack. alas, it turned out to be such a turn off.. with Bae Yong Jun acting as a cuckold husband, weeping here and there. and the storyline is so slow that I ended up chatting with hubby in the theatre. Well, going to watch The Legend Of Zorro and Harry Potter & The Goblet of fire. (Dear going to drag me to watch the movie , The Transporter. god please help me save me from that movie.)

Katie Holmes plan to have the Scientology silent birth, which means no painkillers are allowed and she isn't allowed to talk or scream during the childbirth. weird religion. there were news that the baby is conceived through IVF fertilization. and there are alleged reports that Tom Cuise called production houses to offer his baby ultra sound video for movies. he is so the hollywood.
Anyway, this month has been a very good month for me and him. Break fast together and wake each other up early in the morning for morning breakfast(sahur). We ate at many places. Pizza Hut, Cavana, Sembawang Satay Club, Haig Road, Marsling food centre..
Well, I'm glad he is like me. able to eat at many places, even at run down hawker centre. i heard his ex did not like to eat at these kind of places. so called "princess". maybe she will only appreciate things if she ever once experience being poor like I went through throughout my childhood life.
